This cat breed can live up to 13 years but needs to be kept indoors. They are a playful and extroverted breed that can get along well with children and other pets. They like to stay moving and are not at all lazy and they are also highly intelligent. This cat is aptly named because its legs are much shorter than other cats so it looks miniature. Their short legs are a natural genetic mutation and this breed usually weighs 6 to 9 pounds and they require moderate grooming. They will get along well with children and strangers and will only shed a moderate amount if brushed (depending on short or long hair variations). This breed is adorable and a great family pet.
